The building, constructed within the scope of 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, comprises 392 beds as well as facilities such as conference hall and meeting halls, spa & fitness center, indoor swimming pool, main restaurant and lobby bar.

 

The ground floor hosts lobby, lobby bar, main restaurant and ballroom, serving as a center of social life within the hotel. In this respect, curvilinear lines, which intend to interconnect spaces and maintain visual continuity, are main inputs of ceiling and flooring design.

In addition to the use of natural materials such as marble and wood, pastel tones dominate the entirety of space.
